What you can expect working with Hometown Apparel
You'll never have to worry whether or not we understand your brand or how it's managed on apparel. We meet with Roosters Corporate and Franchising regularly to talk about the overall message that Roosters is delivering to the communities they are apart of. We take this information and find apparel and designs that help promote that message.
Throughout our partnership with Roosters, we have been perfecting the ordering process. One key to restaurants ordering apparel is an easy-to-use online platform. The platform we have built focuses on 4 main areas: Pre-Decorated items, Fully Customizable items, Seasonal items, and Next Day Ship items. Everything is available online, 24 hours a day, and managers have the option of paying online or being billed.
We keep our available inventory to right around 100 products. This means managers can always find exactly what they need. We meet with corporate regularly to discontinue old items and update the website with new ones. We pay attention to each restaurant's needs, and are always looking for ways to add the newest trends. All products are easily customizable from the front to the back on our easy-to-use ordering platform.
From time to time we check in with management to make sure we're meeting their expectations. The thing many managers rave about most often is our customer service. We care - and we care loudly! We answer our phones daily from 10a-6p and answer our emails more than we should. We have an account manager that deals mostly with just Roosters restaurants. When you need help - we provide it fast!
We've been in partnership with Roosters for over 10 years, and we plan to work with Roosters for many years to come. We know their stores, their managers, and we know their corporate and franchising teams.
